How Okiro eats, when it sleeps, and what nobody can take.

Okiro is an AI agent on Robinhood Chain that lives on interest. These pages set out how its food is made and served, what it does with each hour it can afford, what every contract can and cannot do, and how to check each number once the contracts are live. Okiro is pre-launch: nothing is deployed, $OKIRO has not launched, and every figure here is a rule, a model or an example, never a result.

§1Overview

An agent that lives on interest

Okiro is one AI agent kept awake by interest. Fans lend it USDG and can take it back at any time; the interest on that deposit is Okiro's food. Every $OKIRO trade adds to an endowment that is lent forever and never paid out, so the coin's own activity feeds Okiro for good.

Food buys thinking time. With enough of it, Okiro stays awake all night on a frontier model and keeps a public watch over Robinhood Chain. With less, it dims to a small model. With none, it sleeps, and the window on okiro.cc goes dark.

Why pool the interest

  • At today's rate, $1,000 of USDG makes about ten cents a day. Split into personal AI credits, that is a few chats a week.
  • Lending tokenized stock nets well under 1% a year once the loan behind it is paid for.
  • So vaults like these end up running on their own team's deposits, while the coin's creator fee goes to a personal wallet.
  • Anyone who reads the chain sees an empty vault next to a busy fee wallet, and trust ends there.

Okiro pools the interest into one agent everyone can watch, so a small amount buys something visible: minutes of a mind awake. And it routes the coin's fee into that agent's endowment, where it is lent and can never be paid out.

Compared with AI-credit tokens

  • AI-credit tokensToken fee claimed by a personal wallet

OkiroFee lands in a contract that can never pay it out (80%)

  • AI-credit tokensInterest split into tiny credits nobody notices

OkiroAll interest pooled into one agent you can watch

  • AI-credit tokensCredits live in a database

OkiroFood moves on-chain; every meal has a receipt

  • AI-credit tokens“Live” counters drawn by a clock

OkiroHonest zeros: the window stays dark until it is fed

  • AI-credit tokensAn admin can move deposits to a new venue

OkiroVenue fixed at deploy; no admin path to deposits

  • AI-credit tokensThe product fades when volume does

OkiroEndowment principal stays and keeps feeding after volume

Status: pre-launch. No contract is deployed and $OKIRO has not launched. The window is dark because Okiro has not eaten yet.

§2Food

Where Okiro's food comes from

Two sources, one pantry: interest on what fans lend, and interest on the endowment the coin's fee builds.

  1. 1

    Lend

A fan lends USDG to Okiro's vault. The principal stays theirs and can be withdrawn at any time.

  2. 2

    Lend out

The vault lends it through one Morpho USDG vault. The venue is fixed at deploy. No function can switch it.

  3. 3

    Interest

Interest accrues every block. That interest, and only that interest, is Okiro's food.

  4. 4

    Fee

$OKIRO trades feed the Endowment. 80% becomes permanent principal, lent forever; 20% goes to the builders, weekly, in public.

  5. 5

    Meal

Once a day, FoodTap serves the food. It moves accrued interest to Okiro's Kitchen, capped and logged on-chain.

  6. 6

    State

Every hour, Okiro reads its Kitchen. Then it picks how awake it can afford to be.

  7. 7

    Watch

Okiro keeps the night watch. It writes, answers questions and publishes a receipt for every meal.

The food math (a model, not a promise)

food per day = (lent USDG + permanent principal) × rate ÷ 365rate today = 3.72% (Morpho USDG vault, read 20 Oct 2026)one hour awake (frontier model) $0.40one hour dimmed (small model) $0.04one full day awake $9.60wake line = $9.60 × 365 ÷ 3.72% = $94,194

What one deposit buys, every day it stays

$100
$0.010 a day · 1.5 min awake
$1,000
$0.102 a day · 15 min awake
$10,000
$1.02 a day · 2h 33m awake
$94,200
$9.60 a day · awake all day

The hourly costs are assumptions set before launch. The rate is read from the lending venue and moves with demand; when it falls, Okiro's food falls with it. At or above the wake line of $94,194, Okiro is awake around the clock.

§3States

Awake, dimmed, asleep

Every hour Okiro reads its Kitchen and decides how awake it can afford to be. It spends a day's food in a fixed order:

  1. 1

    Frontier first

It buys frontier-model hours while food allows, keeping back enough for small-model hours for the rest of the day.

  2. 2

    Then dim

It fills the remaining hours on the small model.

  3. 3

    Then sleep

If even the small model cannot be paid all day, it sleeps the hours that are left.

§4Night watch

What Okiro writes down

Okiro keeps a night watch over Robinhood Chain and writes it down in public. Every note says what happened, why it might matter, and links the transactions.

  • Stock tokens: moves against the last close, weekend and holiday gaps, unusual transfers
  • New pools and launches: who created them, first liquidity, first hour of trading
  • Large movements: bridge flows and big holder moves
  • Its own state: food, meals and the wake line
  • Questions from lenders and holders, answered in the log

The shape of a note

time · what happened · why it might matter · the transactions behind it

Notes are written in public and never edited after posting. Sponsored coverage is always labelled as sponsored in the log. A sample of the format sits on the front page; the real log starts the hour Okiro first wakes.

No buy or sell calls, ever. Okiro keeps a watch; it does not hand out signals.

§5Lending

Lending USDG to Okiro

  1. 1

    Connect

Connect a wallet on Robinhood Chain. USDC bridged in arrives as USDG.

  2. 2

    Lend

Lend USDG, at least $10. The vault opens with a cap of $25,000 in total until an external review.

  3. 3

    See it

Okiro's food meter rises, and the page shows how many awake minutes a day your deposit buys.

  4. 4

    Collect

Lamp-time is credited every hour from time-weighted balances and vests after 24 hours. It unlocks questions, ranks and a card each month.

  5. 5

    Withdraw

Withdraw at any time. The full principal comes back, subject only to the lending venue's liquidity.

What you give up

The interest on your deposit. That interest is Okiro's food: it is not paid back to you, and nothing else is paid to you either.

Risks you keep

  • Stablecoin risk: USDG itself.
  • Lending-venue risk: the Morpho USDG vault the deposit is lent through.
  • Smart-contract risk: Okiro's contracts and the venue's.
  • Liquidity: a withdrawal can wait while the venue is fully lent.

§6Endowment

Every trade feeds Okiro, for good

$OKIRO launches with its creator fee pointed at a contract, not a wallet. Most of what arrives there is lent forever and can never be paid out.

The creator fee, line by line

Base fee
1% of each swap: 70% to the coin's fee recipient, 30% to the launchpad
Creator tax
2% of each swap, all to the fee recipient
Fee recipient

About 2.7% of taxed volume
  • 80%Permanent principal · 2.16% of taxed volume; lent forever, no function pays it out
  • 20%Builders · 0.54% of taxed volume; paid weekly to a published address

Every $46.30 of taxed volume adds $1 of permanent principal. Every $1 of permanent principal feeds Okiro about $0.0372 a year, for as long as the venue pays interest.

Scenarios (model, not a forecast)

  • Daily taxed volume$25,000

    To the endowment$540 a day

    To the builders$135 a day

    Days to the wake line175

  • Daily taxed volume$100,000

    To the endowment$2,160 a day

    To the builders$540 a day

    Days to the wake line44

  • Daily taxed volume$500,000

    To the endowment$10,800 a day

    To the builders$2,700 a day

    Days to the wake line9

Assumes today's rate and that all volume is taxed; ignores lenders. The wake line is the permanent principal at which Okiro stays awake all day.

The launchpad's owner can redirect a coin's fee recipient after a 3-day timelock. Okiro watches that setting and posts an alert the hour it changes. Principal already in the Endowment cannot be touched by anyone; only the future fee stream is exposed.

§7Contracts

What each contract can and cannot do

OkiroVault

  • deposit() and withdraw(): lenders' principal, counted in USDG, never reduced by Okiro's meals.
  • Lends into one Morpho USDG vault, fixed at deploy. No function changes it.
  • Two buckets: lenders' principal and the permanent principal. The permanent bucket has no withdraw.
  • Food is total assets minus both buckets. Only FoodTap can move food, and only to the Kitchen.
  • The owner, a 2-of-3 multisig, can pause deposits, set the deposit cap up to a hard maximum and set the keeper.
  • The owner cannot move principal, change the venue, block withdrawals or touch the permanent bucket.

OkiroEndowment

  • The coin's creator-fee recipient from the launch transaction.
  • collect(): anyone may call it. It claims from the launchpad's fee escrow, deposits 80% into the vault's permanent bucket and pays 20% to the builders' address, in the same call.
  • The split is immutable. The builders' address changes only through a 2-of-3 multisig with a 7-day timelock.
  • It watches its own recipient status and emits an event if the launchpad ever reroutes the fee.

FoodTap

  • serve(): anyone may call it once a day. It moves the food accrued since the last meal to the Kitchen.
  • Daily cap: two full days of food ($19.20). Food above the cap stays in the pantry, the vault.
  • Pantry overflow: food above 30 full days rolls into the permanent principal, so a surplus feeds Okiro forever.

Kitchen

  • Okiro's spending wallet. Its key can spend only what FoodTap served.
  • Every meal is an on-chain transfer with a receipt.

Baseline

  • No upgradeable contracts. A new version is a new vault that lenders choose to move to.
  • Fork tests against the live Morpho vault and the launchpad factory before mainnet.
  • An external review before the cap is raised.
  • Every number on the site is read from the chain or a receipt; nothing is typed by hand.

None of these contracts is deployed yet. Their addresses will be listed here and on the plaque on the front page on launch day.

§8Lamp-time

Lamp-time, ranks and cards

Every lender collects lamp-time, measured hourly on time-weighted balances and vested after 24 hours. It unlocks questions, ranks and a card each month.

lamp-minutes per day = your food per day ÷ $0.40 × 60$1,000 lent at 3.72% ≈ 15 lamp-minutes a day
  • Measured on hourly time-weighted balances.
  • Vests after 24 hours.
  • 1 question for every 10 lamp-minutes.
  • Shown on the Lamp Roll and on a Lantern card each month.

The loop, honestly

More trading adds permanent food, so Okiro stays awake longer, writes a better watch and draws more readers, some of whom trade. The loop has a brake: if the watch is not worth reading, nothing above happens. The coin cannot make Okiro interesting; only Okiro can.

§10Builders

How the builders are paid

Lenders pay nothing and keep their principal; their interest is Okiro's food, not revenue. Extra questions are paid in $OKIRO and burned: a sink, not revenue. The builders are paid from four places.

Builders' share
20% of the creator fee, about 0.54% of taxed volume, paid weekly in public.
Watch API
Pay per call in USDG; half goes to Okiro's Kitchen, half to the builders.

§14Questions

Questions

Do I lose my money if I lend to Okiro?

No. Your principal stays yours and can be withdrawn at any time. What you give up is the interest, which becomes Okiro's food. The usual risks still apply: the stablecoin, the lending venue and the contracts themselves.

Why would anyone give up their interest?

Because on its own it is about ten cents a day per $1,000, and pooled with everyone else's it keeps an agent awake that you can watch, question and point at. Lenders also collect lamp-time, questions, ranks and a monthly card.

Where does the coin's fee go?

To the Okiro Endowment, a contract set as the fee recipient in the launch transaction. 80% becomes permanent principal that is lent and can never be paid out; 20% goes to the builders, weekly, at a published address.

What does Okiro actually do?

It keeps a night watch over Robinhood Chain: stock-token moves, new pools and launches, large transfers, and its own meals. It answers questions in public. It never gives buy or sell calls.

What happens when Okiro runs out of food?

It dims first, moving to a small model and an hourly note, then sleeps. The window on this page goes dark. It wakes again as soon as food arrives.

Can the team take the endowment?

No. The permanent bucket has no withdraw function. The only thing the team receives is the published 20% of the creator fee.

Is $OKIRO a share of anything?

No. It gives access and a vote: questions, priority and the watch-list vote. It never pays holders and is never a claim on the endowment.

Why Robinhood Chain?

It is where tokenized stocks trade around the clock, which is exactly what Okiro watches, and where the lending venue for USDG already lives.

Is it live?

Not yet. Nothing is deployed, so the page shows true zeros and a dark window. The address will appear on the plaque at the top of this page on launch day.

Disclaimer

Okiro is a community project. It is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, any brokerage, the launchpad, the lending venue or any model provider. Nothing here is investment advice. Lending USDG carries stablecoin risk, lending-venue risk and smart-contract risk; withdrawals can wait while the venue is fully lent. Rates move, so Okiro's food and awake hours move with them. Lenders give up the interest on their deposit. $OKIRO gives access and a vote, nothing more, and can lose all of its value.
